Real-Time Availability: Up-to-date information on availability and pricing. (Not Available As Of Now)

Support Tools: Resources and tools to assist travel partners in managing bookings and customer interactions.

 3. Responsibilities of Travel Partners

Compliance: Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards when using the B2B portal.

Accurate Information: Ensure that all information entered into the portal is accurate and up-to-date.

Client Privacy: Protect the privacy and confidentiality of client information in accordance with T2T World's Privacy Policy.

Ethical Conduct: Conduct business with honesty and integrity, avoiding any misleading or deceptive practices.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, all outstanding payments must be settled, and the travel partner must cease using the B2B portal and any associated materials.

 10. Limitation of Liability

Exclusion of Liability: T2T World is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the B2B portal.

Maximum Liability: T2T World's maximum liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by the travel partner for the specific service in question.

 11. Amendments

Changes to Policy: T2T World reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Travel partners will be notified of any changes, which will become effective upon posting on our website or other communication channels.

 12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: This policy is governed by the laws of India and the jurisdiction of Kharar, Mohali (SAS Nagar).

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising under this policy will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Kharar, Mohali (SAS Nagar).
